This project involved the construction of three thoughtfully designed houses on a site with restricted access, requiring a high level of planning and coordination to deliver an efficient and well-executed outcome.
While each dwelling shares the same footprint, variations in façade design and internal layout were introduced to create individuality across the development. This approach avoids repetition and results in a cohesive, well-resolved streetscape presence.
A strong emphasis was placed on both interior and exterior outcomes. Each house adopts a slightly different interior design direction, drawing on coastal, Mediterranean and contemporary Australian influences. These variations are expressed through material selections, finishes and colour palettes, giving each home its own identity while maintaining a consistent overall standard.
Internally, the layouts have been carefully planned to maximise natural light, functionality and privacy, ensuring the homes are both highly liveable and suited to the local market.
Construction methodology and material selection were carefully considered in response to the site constraints, with a focus on durability, consistency and build quality. The result is a refined medium-density development that delivers three high-quality homes with a strong street presence.
