Making new of an outdated floor plan to make room for a second bathroom and modern laundry. We stripped back the carpet to reveal timber flooring which now extends to an outdoor entertaining deck. This home was fitted out with a new kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and updated bedrooms and living areas. 

The front yard and façade were transformed into a getaway creating privacy from a busy street. Turning outdated bricks into a cladding facade along with screening and landscaping to establish a coastal feel.
