This extensive second stage renovation included new kitchens and bars, the creation of expansive outdoor areas, new function spaces and modernised office areas, all delivered while the venue remained open to the public.
Construction was broken down into four key phases to maximise the Club’s operations. Co-ordinating trades and suppliers around daily business activities required meticulous planning and constant communication to ensure safety, minimise disruption, and keep the project on track.
Close communication with the Club’s management team ensured that planning remained flexible and responsive.
High-end finishes and design details were used throughout the club to elevate its look and feel, with careful consideration given to material choices that would stand up to heavy use while still providing a premium result. Custom joinery, feature lighting, architectural wall linings and a variety of flooring and tile treatments helped define each space. Joyce Constructions worked closely with the design team to ensure this balance was achieved, delivering a polished and versatile result that reflects the club’s coastal setting and community focus.
