This major renovation encompassed the kitchens, eatery, creation of verandahs, and playground, all while the venue continued to operate. The expanded eatery and outside spaces provide a more relaxed environment to enjoy our coastal lifestyle.
Recycled ironbark and spotted gum timbers were sourced to continue the rustic theme, and the custom-made carpet provides an extra level of comfort.
The logistics challenge was extreme. Co-ordinating trade and suppliers, with the venue’s normal daily operations and weather delays, in a pandemic period with extensive lockdown restrictions.
