Nestled on a steep, sloped block, these three storey townhouses seamlessly integrate ingenuity and aesthetics. The striking angular silhouette of the townhouses embraced the unconventional vision of the client, who sought a modern and innovative design that would stand out in the neighbourhood. The sleek lines and bold architectural elements of the townhouses created a unique and eye-catching aesthetic that set them apart from traditional homes.
As you step across the threshold, you’re greeted by an interior that exudes sophistication and warmth. Light floods the space through the expansive windows which accentuates the clean lines and minimalist aesthetic.
The kitchens boast an impressive use of stone, including an integrated range hood and curved bench. To juxtapose the sharp lines, the client chose to incorporate softer cylindrical elements which is showcased through lighting, the fluted kitchen island bench and master bedroom feature wall.
This project sought to maximise the potential for each individual townhouse which is reflected through the soft structural and architectural differences between them.
